2008 New York International
Wine Auction
This year's New York International Wine Auction takes place on Saturday, November 15, 2008. This elegant and festive event features wines from all of the major wine-producing regions of the world, and includes special selections from California and New York.
This charitable celebration will be hosted at the beautiful Otesaga Resort Hotel in historic Cooperstown, New York, on the southern shore of Lake Otsego, the famed "Glimmerglass" from James Fenimore Cooper's novels. Proceeds will benefit neighbors in our shared community, people with disabilities whose lives are enriched by the Herkimer Area Resource Center.
A Special Wine Auction Dinner Package is available, which includes the Live Auction event, five-course gourmet dinner, attendance at the International Tasting & Silent Auction, and complimentary NYIWA Wine Seminars. This package is available for a limited time for $175 per person.
Purchase of the Wine Auction Dinner Package makes you eligible for a special room rate at the Otesaga Resort, if you also wish to enjoy the measured pace of this idyllic setting for an overnight stay. The Tasting & Silent Auction and Wine Seminars are optional events you may choose on your reservation form.
Dinner Package reservations, Wine Seminar reservations, room reservations and rate information may all be found on the Reservation form and NYIWA Special Room Rate Form*. Event reservations will be billed separately from room reservations.

* Reservations may only be secured with payment in advance. Cancellations or refunds will only be honored until 5:00 p.m., November 5, 2008. After that date, refunds cannot be honored.
